The winter leagues are in full swing, it's not too late to sign up for a league!
Last Year's Antigo Bow Club Seminar and Raffle was held on March 19th, 2017
The exciting day started out at 11 A.M. by walking in to the shooting range and gazing at the loads of raffle prizes just waiting to be taken home. After scoping out prizes for a little while lunch was served. Satisfied from eating a hearty lunch and raffle tickets in my hand it was time to carefully select the merchandise that fits your desires, place the tickets in a bucket and hope for the best. Then came the feature speaker. It was a great day to learn about fishing from the great walleye pro, Terry Leffel. Terry was the main speaker at this year's seminar. He skillfully taught and gave some great advice on catching walleyes. Terry closed the presentation by answering some questions from the audience. For those with wanting to pick his brain even more he made himself available for further questions after he was done with the presentation. Just because the seminar was over the day's excitement wasn't finished. The day ended up with the raffle drawings. Thousands of dollars of valuable merchandise was raffled off to grateful winners. It was a great day to spend an afternoon at the club. (Especially since the ice was in poor enough shape to keep the avid ice fisherman off the lakes)
Fun at the Youth Banquet
The past five weeks of archery lessons were capped off by a fun time at the awards banquet held Friday night, March 11 at the club. Kids received their awards from this season along with a great meal, plenty of door prizes and chances at a new bike, and two new bows. There were also some great silent raffles held, with the winners receiving some nice archery equipment. Here are some photos from the exciting night!
